When we practice Qi Gong we cultivate how we use our own innate energy, our Qi, Prana or Life Force. The exercises or sets as they are called are highly intentional, and through intention and breath we are able to manipulate the various subtle energies of the body, mind and spirit.

Anyone at any age can practice Qi Gong regardless of their limitations whether mental or physical.

It is our breath and intention that drives our internal alchemy, during which we maximize the internal , use, generation and storage of energy.

Definition: Awareness is the state or ability to perceive, to feel, or to be conscious of events, objects, or sensory patterns. In this level of consciousness, sense data can be confirmed by an observer without necessarily implying understanding. More broadly, it is the state or quality of being aware of something.

Awareness is experiential. that which some explain as following gut instinct, setting you on a trajectory of “being in the flow”. Awareness can also be life saving, life altering, and expansive in ones human energetic potential.

You will learn:
•Techniques to tap into your heightened senses
•Explore energetic relationship with oneself and environment.
•Techniques our native ancestors would practice as daily living.
• Deepen your Nature Connection, and discover a new awareness.
•Active & Dynamic meditation useful in our everyday lives.

These explorations will:

Relieve Stress, identify and unravel mission and purpose, enhance your energetic presence in everyday life, activate an old language of communicating with the earth.

This is an outdoor class, weather permitted.
