Two Trees Yoga serves a physically, generationally, economically, culturally, and racially diverse community by providing Kripalu-style yoga classes that build self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Two Trees Yoga works with anyone who is living with movement limitations, body and joint stiffness, physical disabilities, and chronic illness, pain and fatigue. We offer gentle yoga classes every day that we’re open, so you can maintain a regular practice that meets your needs.

Gentle: Appropriate for those with movement limitations, body and joint stiffness, physical disabilities, and chronic illness, pain and fatigue

Beginner: For those who are new to yoga or with a seasoned practice. Modifications will be available.

Intermediate: For experienced students with a strong practice.

Students choose what they pay for our Community Classes.

5-class card (good for 2 months), $80
10-class card (good for 3 months), $150

TWO TREES MEMBERSHIP, $99/month

This monthly subscription (auto-renew, 3 month minimum), includes unlimited yoga classes at Two Trees Yoga, 10% off workshops and series, and one guest pass each month. Please give 30 days notice to cancel.
